Career Confidence is a business education organization. All the content is controlled by people who are experienced, professional recruiters. At the end of most seminars, there is a 10-minute Christian story. Our topics cover some obvious topics such as writing resumes which recruiters will read to more advanced topics such as negotiating your job offer. Finally, we cover topics that few people consider such as how to have a job created for you when no job exists.
Career Confidence is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that teaches Motivated Job Seekers how to streamline their career transition.

Who We Serve
- A typical job seeker that we assist has had a job for 3, 5, 10, or even 30 years and suddenly finds themselves needing work. They have a desire to become the best job applicant possible.
- Or, when someone finds themselves needing to return to the workforce after a 5, 10, 20 or even 30-year gap in employment, there are job search issues and strategies that are unique to this situation. We’re here to help.
- Professional recruiters and Human Resource professionals offer their assistance to movivated job seekers, and help to streamline their job search.

Our Mission
The core mission of Career-Confidence.org is to improve individuals’ lives by providing expert job search skills, education, and genuine compassion while expressing Christian compassion.
Since most of our speakers are recruiters and human resource professionals, we are connected to many hiring authorities. Every so often our speakers end up hiring one of our attendees. Many times, hiring managers and recruiters come to us to see if we have any candidates which match their open positions.
While we cannot guarantee a job to anyone, we teach people how to put themselves into the top 4% of candidates with their skill sets.
The Future
When we began this journey, we had no idea where this would take us. 10 years, multiple locations, and a few thousand attendees later, our team has a highly effective track record.
Our expansion from Northern Virginia to suburban Maryland and now the nation demonstrates that we are having a positive impact on people’s lives.
Via many attempts to benchmark ourselves against other job support groups, we believe we have the most in-depth content of any group in the nation.
